[D] Line closed. The line has been out of use since 12 July 1993, when Turkey closed its border with Armenia as a result of a political dispute, and is now either derelict or lifted.
Between Doğukapı and Ahuryan the route was interlaced dual gauge, 1435 mm and 1520mm. YKZD took passengers to Doğukapı with cross-platform interchange there. Goods traffic was transferred by crane at Ahuryan.
However, on 30 July 2024, the two countries agreed to assess the technical requirements for reopening the crossing.
