Brest BČ- Terespol PKP

[E] Both gauges cross the border, with BČ working all freights to substantial yards to the west of Terespol. A Talgo gauge-changer has been installed at Brest station and certification was expected in the first quarter of 2015. It was thought that only PKP worked the passenger services to Brest although in November 2014 a BČ M62 and coaches formed the afternoon departure from Terespol. It could not be confirmed if this was on the 1520 or 1435 mm gauge tracks.

(Brest -) Visoko-Litovsk BČ - Czeremcha PKP

[D] Suspected now completely closed as cross border passenger services withdrawn at the December 2011 Timetable change and a PKP Tour to the Border in April 2013 was clearing the tracks of snow. Previously one PKP pair of trains to Brest had been replaced in December 2002 by two pairs and a change of trains from PKP to BČ at Vysoko-Litowsk because of problems with smugglers, even though the route had 1435mm gauge tracks to Brest.

(Volkovysk -) Svisloch BČ - Cisowka PKP (- Hajnówka)

[D] Freight Only. Separate parallel Broad and Standard Gauge tracks cross the border, the Kolej Atlas showing Standard Gauge tracks reaching Svisloch BČ and Broad Gauge leading to Transfer yards west of Siemianówka PKP. Current status of the Standard Gauge is unknown but there is January 2012 YouTube footage of a BČ powered Broad Gauge freight.

Grodno BČ - Kuźnica Białostocka PKP (- Sokółka)

[E] This route has both 1435mm (electrified) and 1520mm (not electrified) gauge tracks in use between Grodno and Sokółka. Passenger services are operated by PKP with two daily standard gauge Grodno - Kuźnica Białostocka - Białystok train pairs using 1435mm gauge electric multiple units. A PKP IC service between Warszawa and Grodno is planned for December 2015. Cross border freight traffic is either regauged at Kuźnica Białostocka or transferred at Sokółka.
