All rail routes between this pair of countries are 1520mm gauge.

(Homeľ -) Tserakhovka BCh - Schors UZ (- Bakhmach)

[D] This route carries one daily BCh train pair between Homeľ and Schors and one daily UZ train pair between Konotop and Homel’. There are also several long distance trains.

(Homeľ -) Tserukha BCh - Hornostaïvka UZ (- Chernihiv)

[D] This route carries one daily BCh train pair between Homel’ and Chernihiv and several long distance services.

(Ovruch -) Yolcha BCh - Slavutych UZ (- Chernihiv)

[E] UZ runs passenger trains between Yolcha and Chernihiv, plus 5 corridor trains from Slavutych to Semykhody (Chernobyl zone).

(Chernihiv -) Posudovo BCh - Semykhody UZ

[E] 5 corridor trains from Slavutych to Semykhody. It is not known if use of these trains without permission is allowed. Formerly carried UZ trains between Chernihiv and Ovruch, the line westward of Semikhody is now abandonned.

(Kalinkovichy -) Slavechna BCh - Vystupovychi UZ (- Ovruch)

[D] This route carries one daily BCh train pair between Baranavichy and Korosten’. There are also long distance trains on different days.

(Luninets -) Goryn' BCh - Udryts'k UZ (- Sarny)

[D] This route sees one daily BCh local train pair between Baranavichy and Udrits'k, one daily UZ local train pair between Goryn' and Sarny, and some long distance services on different days.

(Brest -) Khatsislav BCh - Zabolottya UZ (- Koveľ)

[D] Four local train pairs run between Brest and Zabolottya, and one train pair between Khatsislav and Zabolottya. The long distance service between Brest and Chernovtsy ceased in May 2007.
