All routes are sparse by European standards. Train services advertised for 2021/2022 are:

	(Kraljevo -) Lešak - Zvečan - Kosovska Mitrovica Sever	2 trains daily each way, operated by ŽS
	Prishtinë/Priština - Fushë-Kosovë/Kosovo Polje - Pejë/Peć	2 trains daily each way

Prishtinë/Priština - Fushë-Kosovë/Kosovo Polje - Hani i Elezit/Đeneral Janković (- Skopje)

The service was suspended in 2020 for the start of upgrade works which are expected to last into 2023
