Introduction

This list is based on the timetable current as at December 2012. Standard abbreviations are explained in General Information.

Obscure services

Kaunas avoiding line: Palemonas (Pamaris) – Garliava (Jiesia)

[ - ] (ERA1 115B3) LT13/1

All services between Vilnius and Kaliningrad-Pass.

(Vilnius –) Paneriai – Valčiūnai

[ - ] (ERA1 115B4) LT13/2

There are two routes from Paneriai towards Valčiūnai used by trains serving Vaidotai staff halts (see LT13/3) , a direct south curve and longer outside curve leading away from the north side platform that climbs to cross over the Kaunas main line. Both curves are reversibly signalled and rail staff confirm that which curve is taken is variable and subject to regulation. Services that may use these curves are identified in LT13/3.

Radviliškis

[ - ] (ERA1 115A3) LT13/4

The track layout at Radviliškis station is such that trains approaching from the Klaipeda direction use running lines on the south side of the Radviliškis west yard for arrival at Radviliškis and running lines on the south side of the Radviliškis east yard for departure. Trains arriving from the Vilnius direction take the single track line on the north side of the Radviliškis east yard into Radviliškis station and running lines on the north side of the Radviliškis west yard for departure. The maximum separation of these running lines in the west yard is over 300m.

The following lines have fewer than three trains each way on at least three days a week, or do not run each weekday.

  • Marijampolė - Šeštokai
