Recent and future changes

The Gevgelija - Idomeni cross-border service into Greece ceased from 13 February 2011, as for all other border crossings with Greece. However, However, a weekly summer-only service was reintroduced from 14 July 2012, reportedly running until 30 September 2012.

Trains between Skopje and Kičevo were suspended in June 2001 because of the political situation near the border with Albania, but have now been reinstated.
