This south to east curve provides a direct route between the Leiria and Coimbra directions, avoiding reversal in the Figueira da Foz area.
This south to west curve links the Linha do Oeste with the line to Figueira da Foz. This is its first scheduled use since all services north of Leiria were diverted to run to/from Coimbra B in September 2013. The southbound timing is shown from Figueira da Foz as Bifurcação de Lares is a "v" station.
The line from Caldas da Rainha to Amieira ( and beyond to the junctions with the Coimbra to Figueira da Foz line) will close at the end of January 2012, thereby closing this obscure route.

Revision as of 13:17, 13 July 2020

Introduction

This list is based on the service valid as at 15 December 2018. CP's timetable periods nominally coincide with those in the rest of Europe, but in practice timetables are changed on an ad hoc basis, often with little notice.

CP no longer publishes a national railway timetable, so there are no table numbers.

Standard abbreviations are explained in General Information.
