All services in Albania could be considered sparse by European standards.
The summer 2023 timetable, effective from 23 June, offered only the following services:
Durrës - Elbasan line
Fri-Sun 06:00 Elbasan - Plazh 08:50
Fri-Sun 15:00 Plazh - Elbasan 17:50
Trains starting and finishing at Plazh due to upgrade work in progress at Durrës
Tiranë - Durrës line
No service, due to upgrade work in progress
Durrës - Shkodër line
No service following end of seasonal Tuesdays-only pilgrimage service
Durrës - Vlorë line
No service
