The winter 2023 timetable, effective from 29 September, offered only the following services:
Durrës - Elbasan line
Fri-Sun 06:30 Elbasan - Plazh 09:20
Fri-Sun 14:00 Plazh - Elbasan 16:50
Trains starting and finishing at Plazh due to upgrade work in progress at Durrës
Tiranë - Durrës line
No service, due to upgrade work in progress
Durrës - Shkodër line
No service following end of seasonal Tuesdays-only pilgrimage service
Durrës - Vlorë line
No service
